To insert the battery, remove the back cover of the timer and insert 1 AAA battery.
To add time, press the **START** button.
To set a countdown, use the **MIN** and **SEC** buttons, then press **START**.
To cancel the function, press the **MIN** and **SEC** buttons. To stop the timer, press **PAUSE**.
